MANILA (PNA) -- The Philippine Air Force (PAF) is allocating PhP16,879,059.80 for the maintenance and repair of one of its Sikorsky S-76 medium utility helicopters.
Pre-bid conference is scheduled on Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. at the PAF Procurement Center Conference Room, Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
On the other hand, submission and opening of bids is slated for Jan. 8, 2016, 9 a.m. at the same venue.
The S-76 features twin turbo-shaft engines, four-bladed main and tail rotors and retractable landing gear.
The PAF is known to operate from three to six S-76 in its inventory.
