In the course of the tender documentation were made changes and additions , confirming the conversion of aircraft s / n 41-01 and 41-09 for the FSC. It was also removed the requirement that the supply of new, unexposed repair and recovery of aircraft.
With toit noted that the price of the contract between the KLA and VASO only 1% less than the state contract price (4.359 billion rubles.) is substantially less than the traditional "fee" UAC for similar schemes purchases - so at last year's state contract for the first An-148 FSB difference was 4%.
